My name is Nathan (Nate) Gressel, a seasoned behavioral health executive with 25 years of experience across clinical, operational, and executive leadership roles. Currently serving as CEO of a multi-state nonprofit organization overseeing six affiliated companies. Proven expertise in accreditation and compliance (JCAHO, CARF, and Pennsylvania specialized settings) and in the design, implementation, and oversight of a wide continuum of behavioral health services, including outpatient, community-based, school-based, prevention, peer support, case management, psychiatric rehabilitation, family-based services, specialty residential treatment (RTF/PRTF), and juvenile justice–involved populations.

Recognized for developing innovative models of care, specialty residential programs, and efficient, automated referral and practice management systems. I am know to be solution focused and and a problem solver.

I bring extensive experience working with managed care organizations, state and county systems, and multi-state service delivery. Brings a unique perspective grounded in direct care, clinical practice, and administration, supported by an MBA in Healthcare Administration, an MSW focused on Children, Youth & Families, and a graduate certificate in Healthcare Compliance.
